Who we are
WebersLink ("we", "us") is a web design, AI and marketing agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients in the United States and Europe. You can contact us about privacy at hassan@weberslink.org.
What we collect
- Forms: when you request a call or a website audit, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, website, the service you're interested in, budget, timeline, message — plus your time zone so we can suggest suitable call times.
- Technical data: our server records your IP address with form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across websites.
- AI chat assistant: if you use the chat on our website, your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate replies. We use Google's paid API service, under which Google does not use your messages to improve its products. The conversation is kept in our server's memory for up to 2 hours so the assistant can follow it. If you choose to share your contact details in the chat, we receive them along with a transcript of the conversation so we can follow up.
- Booking: if you book through our embedded calendar (Cal.com or Calendly), that provider processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit or call, and send you a proposal if you ask for one. Our legal basis under the GDPR is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to requests you make. We never sell your data and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you get back in touch, unless you become a client (then for as long as needed for the project and legal obligations) or ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we share it with
Only with services we use to run our business — our email and hosting providers, our AI provider (Google) for the chat assistant, and our booking tool if you use it. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/UK; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy laws (such as California), you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hassan@weberslink.org and we'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
